Practice Mindfulness
We hope the mindfulness practice last week was good for you! Fret not if you feel affected by the Circuit Breaker. You are not alone and it is normal to feel frustrated. Here are some tips to ease your mood.
- Take some time to observe your surroundings, see and experience things in a different way
- Have you heard of self-compassion and AWE practices? Give them a try to better manage any difficulties or struggles you may encounter. Stay active and strong!

- Try out basic mobility exercises that are suitable for all ages

- Learn about what affects your sleep and why do you still feel tired after 8 hours of sleep
- Consequences of exposure to blue light and how it affects you
Relate Better
- Stay connected with your family with the full name workout
- Rally your co-workers to #RunAroundTheGlobe and #CycleToTheMoon
- Challenge your co-workers with the desk workout
