Practise Mindfulness

Feeling cooped up at home, days getting repetitive with no end in sight? Why not try a little mindfulness exercise? Practising mindfulness can be as simple as watching your breath and listening to yourself. You can also try out the following exercises:

  • Or upload a 1-min video of you doing burpees and tag 3 co-worker to join the challenge
  • Spend time with your elderly by exercising together
